Return/Exchange Policy

To provide a better experience to buyers, We facilitate the Buyer with the return option available at the website. All the reasons for an acceptable return are mentioned below. We approve return in all the categories except innerwear and undergarments, Socks, consumables, any product which has been physically damaged or there is wear and tear because of usage or installation. Our return policy is of 10 days from the date of delivery.

Reasons of Return/Exchange:-

  •     • Size mismatch
  •     • Faulty/Damaged Product
  •     • Wrong product delivered(different color, different design, different model, different specifications and details as what was ordered for)
  •     • Incomplete Order
  •     • Damaged product due to bad packaging
  •     • Delayed Delivery

If the return request lies in any of these reasons and within the time frame of return policy then we approve the return request of the buyers. In case of any return due to these reasons, buyer does not have to pay any extra charges unless there is any modification in the order. In case of exchange/replacement buyer will be provided with the exact product. In case of non availability of the product, buyer will get 100% refund.

For all the returns and exchange buyer has to send the product without any use, wear and tear or any physical damage to the product. Product must be in its original packaging with everything included which were delivered with the product (freebies, coupons etc.)

If the return/exchange request falls in any of the above mentioned reasons your product will be returned without any question being asked. If you select the reason of return/exchange as others then our customer care representative will get in touch with you to facilitate the return process.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order anytime before your product is dispatched. To cancel, just click on cancellation under “Your Services” and select the reason to cancel. All the refunds for a cancelled order will be made within 3 working days in the same account from which the order was paid.

Refund Policy

In case of any approved return, the amount will be refunded in the account by which customer paid for the order at In case of COD, refunds will be done in the bank account in the name of customer’s name. For all returns, refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of product return. If anything found missing from a returned order then the amount for that will be deducted and you will be informed about the same.

Reverse Pick Up

Once the returned is initiated, please keep the product ready to be picked in the original packaging, with all the tags, invoice & delivery note and any freebies delivered with that particular product. Product will not be picked up for return in case of any missing things from these. Reverse pickup will be done from the address of the product delivery only.
